English Computerized Learning Inc. (ECL) was founded in 1995 in Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada. ECL operates as a developer and distributor of professional
high quality, interactive, multimedia ESL/EFL CALL materials.
Our mandate is to address the world-wide demand for English pronunciation
tools and quality ESL materials. We develop professional quality, interactive
and user friendly multimedia ESL products delivered by CD-ROM or the internet.
Our focus is to allow English learners, with basic computer skills, to easily
use and successfully benefit from our products.
The curriculum and content of ECL products are developed by ESL/EFL teachers
and professional linguists. Knowledge of effective learning strategies and
expertise in software development are all part of the skill set of the
development team at English Computerized Learning Inc.
Pronunciation Power 2, our original award winning flagship product, is now
used and recommended by over 4000 universities, colleges, businesses and schools
worldwide.
